WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We want to represent the best and the most driven bunch that we can assemble. Through industry consultation, we’ve identified the following guideline criteria for Curated participants:
Emerging Australian Labels | Operating 2-5 years. Please note that this is not a program for recent graduates or start-ups. We want to see at least a year or two of collections and business operation.
Product Categories | Apparel, Accessories, Footwear, Swimwear, Lingerie, Men's, Women's, Children's.
Design | Demonstrate a clear brand aesthetic and quality production.
Proof of online presence | Social media, website etc.
Retail | Currently selling online and with a readiness to sell in a brick and mortar context.
The Curated panel of industry mentors will assess your application in relation to where your label sits with the criteria above, and notify you for next steps if successful.
The application process includes your online application below, as well as a viewing of your product and a face to face or web based meeting. You will be notified on the progress of your application.
WHAT YOU CAN BE A PART OF
Now we get to the fun part. All of the below is included in your 12 month commitment to the program after payment is made:
Access to retail spaces in a series of Curated pop-ups over the 12 month period.

Complimentary access to Curated workshops and industry events for the duration of the year. These include tailored workshops on :
Visual Merchandising and Fashion Retail
POS systems and financial management support
Supply Chain Management & Ethical Practice
Workshops are based predominantly in Melbourne, however there will also be a selection of workshops offered in Brisbane and Sydney. Majority of workshops are also accessible remotely via a webinar platform to make it easy for you to connect, no matter where you are. It is an expectation that participants will join us for these workshops to assist in developing your business acumen.
Small Group Mentoring with industry experts.
This will include 4 small group sessions over the course of the year with your mentor. One in the lead up to each pop up event to check in on your progress, and to gain direct feedback and support as you prepare for sale.
12 Month Membership with the Australian Fashion Council (AFC) is also included in your participation.
Valued at $330 for micro businesses.
We’d love to offer the program for free, but as you see what’s included, we hope you’ll see the value like we do. For payment there are two options:
- Option 1 | A single payment of $2000 (+ GST) covering you for the 12 month duration or;
- Option 2 | 4 payments of $550 (+ GST) over the 12 months period.
Whichever payment option you choose, payment is due prior to commencing the program.
