Sustainability Manager | Cotton On Group
Adam joined the Cotton On Group in May 2017, bringing with him more than 25 years retail experience, spanning across specialty retail and large scale department stores including Jeans West, Myer and Harris Scarfe.
Over the course of his career, Adam has gained invaluable experience across a wide range of functions including design, buying, merchandising and more recently, ethical sourcing and sustainability.
In 2014, Adam became a Board member of the Council of Textile & Fashion, where he uses his wealth of knowledge and experience to bring about positive change within the garment manufacturing industry.
Sharing the Cotton On Group’s desire to be an industry leader in responsible-retailing, Adam is committed to elevating the business’ ethical sourcing program which includes full traceability of its supply chain by the end of 2018 and a commitment to use 100% more sustainable cotton by 2021.
Alongside his dedicated team, Adam is committed to driving the Group’s vision to have a positive impact in people’s lives including those within its supply chain.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys football and spending time with his family.
